PromptBio has launched an early access program offering a Trial and three paid plans for flexible selection based on your needs: • Trial: Register to activate trial access and get a chance to receive free trial credits, with the option to upgrade to Pro at any time. • Pro: Monthly subscription at $30/month, with pay-as-you-go credits available. Ideal for individual scientists with routine AI analysis needs. • Team: Per-seat subscription at $40/seat/month (no more than 7 seats). Enables shared credits among team members. Tailored for small labs and biotech teams. • Enterprise: Annual customized subscription plan tailored for large labs and pharmaceutical companies.

A credit is a unit of compute on PromptBio. Subscription fees include a certain amount of credits to cover the computational cost of actual analysis tasks. Subscribers can purchase additional credits as needed for greater flexibility.

PromptBio provides credit usage tracking that lets you view task history and remaining balance in real time. Consumption details are clear and transparent.

No. Neither Trial users nor subscribers have daily computational or traffic limits. However, during periods of high concurrent uploads and heavy server load, tasks will be queued.

Yes. PromptBio does not store your credit card number. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, and your card information never passes through our servers.

The Trial and Pro plans offer identical features. Upon registration, you unlock all features and get a chance to receive free trial credits. These complimentary credits apply to all personal features on the platform with no module restrictions. You can upgrade to Pro or Team plan at any time during the trial and continue your analysis work.

During special promotional periods, PromptBio opens a pool of free trial credits. The first 200 newly registered users can claim a substantial one-time grant of trial credits valid for one month. Once the quota is filled, subsequent new registrants will need to wait for the next credit release.

No. While you are on the Trial, we do not charge any fees. You will only be charged if you subscribe to Pro and provide payment information.

No. When free trial credits run out and you have not upgraded to Pro, your account will not be deactivated immediately. The platform provides a 7-day grace period during which you can choose a subscription plan or request access to your usage records.

Trial users can select the Pro plan in their account and complete the payment to upgrade. Pro benefits take effect immediately, and the payment date becomes your subscription renewal date.

Not at this time. The Trial plan and Pro plan offer the same core features. Users can claim trial credits to explore all platform capabilities at no cost. After trial credits run out, users can upgrade to Pro and purchase credits as needed to continue using the platform.

The platform will reminder when you submit new task before your credits run out. Pro users can top up additional credits on demand. The platform charges based on actual consumption, offering flexible usage and fine-grained cost control.

Pro subscription fees are charged monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle. After cancellation, your Pro access remains valid until the end of the paid period.

You can choose "Cancel Subscription" at any time in "User Profile -> Subscription plan", free of charge. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. For future use, you will need to resubscribe.

Users can upgrade to the Team plan through the login page or "User Profile -> Subscription Plan" after logging in, choose the number of team seats, and complete the payment. Team subscriptions take effect on the payment date. The first member to apply automatically becomes the admin, and admin rights can be transferred.

The Team plan uses a monthly subscription model, with the billing cycle based on the subscription start date. The next renewal fee is calculated based on the actual number of members at that time.

Team members can only be added to a workspace through administrator invitations. Once the number of team members reaches the purchased seat limit, additional seats must be purchased before new members can be added. Replacing an existing member does not incur any additional seat fees.

Upon removal, the member's access rights are immediately revoked. This action does not generate a prorated refund for the current billing cycle. The next renewal will be billed based on the reduced number of seats.

We recommend a maximum of 7 members per team. To accommodate larger organizations and access advanced team management capabilities, please contact customer service to upgrade to the Enterprise plan.

Team members have the same access as Pro users, with no feature restrictions. In addition, team admins can configure member permissions flexibly.

Team plan users operate the same way as Pro users: they can top up additional credits on demand and purchase bulk credit packages. Billing is based on actual usage.

The Enterprise plan offers customized pricing on an annual subscription basis, tailored to the scale and needs of the organization.
